About This Programme
Why This
Training?
Our Foundation Course is designed to transform site supervisors into confident, commercially aware leaders who drive safety and productivity on every project. Built from decades of scaffolding industry experience, this programme bridges the gap between technical skill and effective site management.
Through interactive workshops and real-world scenarios, participants will develop the tools to manage costs, lead teams, uphold safety standards, and deliver consistent results — ensuring every supervisor operates to the same high standard across the company.
