01 COMMERCIAL CONTROL & SAFETY LEADERSHIP

  • 01 — Contract scope — what is and isn't included, how to understand the scope of works
  • 02 — Labour allowance vs actual hours — how to work out the labour allowance for the task
  • 03 — Break down contract costs into labour figures and transfer into wages on site

The Foundation Course is a full-day, in-person workshop covering all five modules. It combines theory sessions with hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios.
No prior supervisory experience is required. The course is designed for both current site supervisors and aspiring team leaders looking to develop their skills.
Workshops are delivered on-site or at a venue convenient for your team. We come to you — contact us to arrange a session for your company.
We recommend groups of 8–15 participants to ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the exercises and meaningful interaction during discussions.
All course materials are included — workbooks, example scopes of works, AWI templates, incident report forms, and planning scenario documents.
Participants complete practical exercises throughout the day. We can also arrange follow-up sessions or refresher workshops to reinforce learning on site.
