Brad Mason began his career in scaffolding at the age of 16, starting as a labourer in the family business. When he first joined, the company operated with just two rigid lorries. Fourteen years later, through continued growth, hard work, and commitment, the business has expanded to a fleet of more than 12 vehicles, establishing itself as a respected scaffolding contractor across London and the South East.
After nine years of hands-on site experience, Brad achieved his Advanced CISRS Gold Card, demonstrating his technical knowledge and practical expertise. In 2024, he progressed into the role of Contract Manager, where he oversees projects from planning through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
