Holding both a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and CISRS Advanced Scaffold Inspection qualification, he specialises in scaffold safety, risk management, incident investigation, work at height compliance, and the development of robust health and safety management systems. Working for Masons Scaffolding, James supports major construction projects, working closely with clients, principal contractors, and operational teams to drive continuous improvement, promote a positive safety culture, and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
