I’ve been part of the construction industry since I was 16 years old, and for the past 19 years I’ve built my career in scaffolding. I started out as a labourer and, through hard work, determination, and a willingness to learn, worked my way up to become an Advanced Scaffolder.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and deliver multiple multi-million-pound projects, gaining valuable experience in managing teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Three and a half years ago, I joined Mason Scaffolding as a Contract Supervisor. Since then, I’ve continued to develop my career and now work as a Contracts Manager. I enjoy the challenge of leading projects, supporting my teams, and finding practical solutions that keep jobs running smoothly.
I’m passionate about the scaffolding industry and take pride in the journey I’ve made—from starting on the tools to managing major contracts. I believe in leading by example, treating people with respect, and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and everyone involved in a project.
